The Prince Edward County Health Department will offer a vaccine walk-in day on Friday, August 2nd from 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m. Students under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Three PECHS students attended the Summer Scholars Program at Longwood University. Tammie Brazeal, Ricky Gee, and Daniel Lawson are pictured with their final research projects. Summer Scholars is a science program for high school students that provides hands-on learning experiences and practical training in different research areas to prepare students for college and a future career in a STEM-related field.
