Prince Edward CTE GED Testing Center

The Tests of General Educational Development (GED) are developed by the American Council on Education to enable persons who have not graduated from high school to demonstrate the attainment of abilities normally associated with completion of a high school program of study. Prince Edward Career and Technical Education Center serves as an official GED testing site.  For more information on testing, contact us at 434.315.2140.

Beginning June 1, 2012, there will be a $5 fee for copies of transcripts. The following Transcript Request Form ( click here for Microsoft Word version or here for Adobe pdf version ) must be completed and submitted with payment to our office in the Career and Technical Education Center. Payment must be made by money order or cash. Candidates may also visit After the GEDŽ Test and order transcripts or duplicate certificates from the state office. Charges
also apply.
